Since I'm on the van for approx. 10 hrs a day, I have no access to a microwave. Therefore, I'm stuck with a cold lunch. The problem with that is, I always end up with a soggy sandwich due to trying to keep it cold! I know that I could bring everything separate, but I get bored with the same things all the time.
